Well not if they've been refrigerated the whole time (and assuming that the grocery store kept them that way and that they aren't anywhere near the 'sell-by' date), but if you've been in New Orleans instead of Atlanta I suppose uninterrupted electricity is something that can't be taken for granted. Cook "well-done" just to be on the safe side.
Assuming of course that when you say 2-3 weeks you don't really mean 1 month and change.
