Journal Journal: I'm back?
My first journal entry in about 23 years. That's it.
My first journal entry in about 23 years. That's it.
I remember this being covered extensively on Slashdot and Groklaw (Groklaw is gone, and replaced with some crypto scam site). Pamela Jones was the writer (probably a pseudonym) giving insights into the trials for years. Eventually burning out on it as she tried to remain relevant after the case went away. I'm shocked it is back... but I probably shouldn't be.
Fun times.
As you quoted: "but allow students to make up their own minds."
I made up my mind, I deserve an A. And for graduation, I made up my mind that you should pay me one MILLION dollars (and not those lousy AUS dollars, but the real thing).
It would be easier to just give her half your shit right now. You can avoid paying for a "One of a kind" ring which the judge will give her anyway. In fact, just give her half and then run to Mexico for a weekend with a Tijuana hooker. Take my word for it, even with catching the clap, it would be a LOT cheaper than getting married.
(if I added up the cost of my divorce a hooker would have been MUCH less expensive than a wife)
Why don't I write in this journal more?
Well there are lots of reasons.
I was just stunned to learn today that I have 5 fans on slashdot. It was just shocking. I must have said something witty along the way to get this loyal throng of followers. I don't know what it was. Must be something in the water.
It's also funny that I found this out on the same day that I had a comment moded down to a -1 as flamebait. I think that might have been my first.
Journal, huh? You call this a journal?
Back in the day, we had to write our journal on the sidewalk, uphill, both ways!
