How can you do 'New Math' problems with an 'Old Math' mind? -- Charles Schulz

This has been at the bottom of EVERY slashdot page for me. I'm usually amused at the rotating quotes, but goddamn it, this is annoying. Especially because I *HAVE* to read it. [I'm obsessive about reading certain things. Like I will read every sign at a traffic light several times if I'm stopped.]

It seems that she has only been published in compilations (I found this one in Modern Haiku [modernhaiku.org]) which is far too common. Problem is that English haiku is a real underground phenomenon so it is rare to find an author's work in central abundance. One of my favorite is by Erenest Sherman who I have never seen outside of MH:
