  • Coulter shocks and offends, but underneath her offensiveness is a grain of truth that people cope with by critiquing her hair.

    While I understand the part of the defense in that Ms. Coulter usually has at least a grain of truth in what she says, the rest is a defense of childishness and coarseness. I.e. fighting back at Liberals on their own level. But I think that should be beneath a Conservative.
