fadethepolice writes: Nasa's latest satellite launch has been a failure. The Orbiting Climate Observatory has crashed in the ocean near antarctica. What do slashdot reader's think this will have on the Obama Administration's move to combine the infrastructure of the Defense department with Nasa's rocket programs?
