It depends on how you look at it and if Comcast has any desire to increase the level of Service its giving its Customers...

If your a Content Provider and your Pushing 5 Gig/s into Comcast it would be in their best interest to enter into a peering arrangement with that content provider so that 5 Gigs/s is offloaded from their main pipe.. But you would need to do some homework to find out whats being pushed into a network to see if there would be any benefit from a peering arrangement. But its Comcast.. What has Comcast done that didn't increase their revenue? It might make sense to enter into a peering arrangement with Level 3... But unless they pay for it why should they.(Thats whats going through their head)

And Honestly... That graph is for a Single Circuit.. If Comcast only has a Single 10gig connection for all of its customers...... Seriously.. 10gig/s isn't that much for How many Subscribers...

The Backup radar is waay better.. Your still looking like you usually do for what around you and if your missing something You get that Beep thats gets your attention.. And the beeps get faster the closer you get to something.. Waay better than a Bloody Camera.

So the Biggest issues with a Camera.. Depth Perception.. It doesn't help people that don't have any.. How Many times have you waited behind something turning for the entire roadway to be clear before the proceed when there is a lane just for turning traffic..

How many time have you been not able to find what your looking for when its been in your direct field of view? Everyone has done it..

But a Beep thats not normally there gets your attention quick and to you look for whats causing it.

Actually what would be more effective would be to get everyone to call/email/snail-mail the Airport Administrators and Demand they out-out of the TSA and move to private screening at their local airport as a result of the "Nude" Scanners implemented by the TSA.

That would likely be alot more successful as fewer people would have a larger impact on the people that can opt-out of the TSA program..

So now that this is brought to light when the fix comes out you will see what direction it will go..

If they fix the 20ms and they run at 1ms.. and no-one can find a way to tweak the test to get inconsistent results then you will see that MS did some admirable work.. but if the inital testing goes south to 20ms then the QA team at MS should be fired for not suspecting something in amiss when the results from a benchmark are simply too good to be true. (Or it will confirm that MS did meddle and find a way to fake out the Benchmark.. Which benchmarks should be adjusted so that real world performance would be reflexed by the results )

MS Track Record..

Win 3.1 (It apparently worked but it was basically a colourful clown suit for DOS)
Win95 (Its was Just Broken.. Big Improvement over Win3.1 but still It was just broken)
Win98 (It took MS 3 Years to finish Win95.. This could have been windows 95)
WinME (a Travesty that it was ever released to the Public.. This should be a learning tool for everyone at MS.. This is the perfect Example of a Mistake)
WinXP (Initially it was full of bugs and barely worked.. But once SP1 came out it was rock solid.. and Has been ever since.)
Vista (Again MS just screwed up... Buggy/Bloated/Slow/Crashed almost as much as it did anything else.. Again a product that should have never seen the light of day)
Win7 (Just like Windows 98 was for windows 95.. This should have been what was released instead of Vista..)
Win8 (If you go by the typical MS Trend... It will suck.. It will be crashy and riddled with mistakes.. MS Seems to be Very consistent in screwing up every other release of their platform)

But the Biggest underlying thing...There is basically no reason to Update from XP.. MS Creates Reasons for you to upgrade... There is no ground breaking/revolutionary advancement.. There was a significant improvement between win95/98 and XP.. but since then nothing... Just Eyecandy that eats up more memory and slows your system down. Even that you can backport to WinXP if you know what your doing..
