Do you like those traffic lights at the intersection of roads? You realize that all the RED lights are on TOP of the stack, and they're all the same shade of red? That's the Feds...
Tell us how to get those without the other 'free riders', and I'm sure if it's a good idea people will give it an honest listen.
But just because YOU don't like some of the things DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES ENACT, doesn't give you the right to destroy our government.
If you think of the US as "The Great Satan", you're not a "Patriot", are you?
I would have agreed with you up until the moment I realized that literally EVERYTHING that rms tried to warn everyone about turned out to be 100% accurate in his prognostication.
New York didn't have any issues with our exchange. Only the freeloaders who expect our tax dollars to take care of them overwhelmed the site that... Well, "Beggers can't be choosers" springs to mind...
It's not supposed to be a market. It's supposed to just be a front-end to redirect you to your state's market, IF your state wasn't too lazy, negligent or incompetent to setup their own sites. If you didn't want to take what you get after dropping the ball, maybe your state should have taken care of you correctly?
Why didn't your state setup their own exchange like my own, New York? It worked great. The fed site redirected me right to new york's site.
Easy Peasy.
I guess if the state you live in just couldn't get the job done themselves, and NEEDS TO RELY ON THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO DO IT FOR THEM, well, beggers can't be choosers, can they?
That applies in a criminal trial in a court of law. I don't think that industries under regulation start from the same place.
When speaking to a police officer, there are only two things to say:
(1) "Am I Under Arrest"
Which will generate either a yes or no. Any answer other than "Yes" prompts the following question:
(2) "Can I Go Now?"
Which will generate either a yes or no. Any answer other than "Yes" prompts the following question:
(1) "Am I Under Arrest"
repeat....
Well, if Congress gets off their assess and votes to seat the Judges that are awaiting appointment, and if Congress passes some actual spending bills to pay for the Judiciary, then perhaps "Checks and Balances" **COULD** work.
I had a similar problem. And then I had my cataracts fixed.
Restarting apache post-upgrade is what the post-upgrade scripts for the rpm package are for.
Package Maintainer Fail. File a bug report.
It's not rebooting which makes sure everything is ok.
It's TESTING. And just "It's up" isn't sufficient for production systems. You need full on acceptance test suites to validate their operation properly. So, if you're not doing that AFTER post-update rebooting, you're doing it wrong. ( of course, if you have staged systems for development and testing, then they would have been tested after the update FIRST, of course, so in theory ( and often in practice ) the validation of production systems is assumed via the existing testing/acceptance process.
You can't kill someone because you have a boo-boo.
And if the injuries were severe enough to justify lethal force, Zimmerman would have been taken to the ER for at least a cat-scan to make sure there aren't any skull fractures.
Not really. There's 2 essential elements to charging manslaughter in Florida, and Zimmerman meets them.
They are, (1) Trayvon Martin is dead and (2) George Zimmerman killed him.
I don't give a shit about anything else. Zimmerman can tell his story to a Judge, and if the Judge buys his motion to dismiss, then so be it.
776.032 is moot, since 776.041 takes precedence.
It's a naive, domestic operating system without any breeding, but I think you'll be amused by its presumption.
