Here here! EditPlus is quite excellent. Only piece of shareware I've ever bought. Only downside I've found it that it doesn't handle massive files (>500MB) as well as TextPad.

Lister is an excellent little text viewer that does exactly that. Indispensable for viewing multi-gigabyte log files.
