Labor unions are large groups of people, each with an equal vote, assembling to conduct speech. That's pure 1st amendment territory.

I am not a member of a labor union, but anyone willing to look at the two types of organizations can see the difference.

Your first sentence agrees with your last sentence. Labor unions don't work that way, which you would know if you were forced to join them like anyone else in a union shop.

Did I argue anything? I am confused.

No I don't believe anyone hates "us", but projecting hatred specifically on Republicans when the Democrats are just as guilty is very naive. It just shows your partisan blindness on the issue.

Take a look at everyone who voted for it in 2001 and renewed it in 2011. Are they all Republicans? Than it isn't just Republicans that are against privacy.

People who at rationally generally get treated rationally. People who foam at the mouth and freak out at everything/everyone that disagrees with them get treated as the nutcases they are.

Anita is not a rational actor, therefore is not treated as such. Anyone who calls up someone's boss to get them fired for daring to disagree on a public forum is not a rational person.
