The HTC One M7 doesn't have an SD slot, but the next year's model, the HTX One M8 does. They cut it out to save a little weight, thickness and cost, but found that people wanted it more than they wanted the benefits of not having it. 3GB of RAM is good. 32GB of Flash is good. I don't know of any android devices with more, but you could have more. These days, 1GB is "normal" and 2GB is high-end.
