Submission + - Network Solution Censorship? (xpda.com)
edibobb writes: "CNN reports that Network Solutions has cancelled a controversial web site where Dutch lawmaker Geert Wilders was promoting his anti-Koran film. Last last month Pakistan made an attempt to ban YouTube because of a video about the film.
I had believed Network Solutions, unlike some registrars, was above the arbitrary cancellation of domains. But it appears that their TOS allows this under the clause prohibiting "objectionable material of any kind or nature."
Is there a safe registrar, who will not cancel your domain any time it is deemed "objectionable" or, more likely, embarrassing?"
