You are really deluding yourself. Apple's OS is no better than Windows in any meaningful way and the hardware is much more expensive for equivalent speeds. More to the point WINDOWS UPDATE REBOOTING NOW DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER INSTALLING UPDATE 1 of 78...
I would have had FIRST POST, except as I typed my magnum opus windows rebooted to install updates. At least I wasn't in front of 200 people doing a presentation like last month.
The only draw is it doesn't F*ing install updates and reboot exactly when I have 15 minutes left to get that work done. It doesn't pop up a dialog asking me to do something important right in the middle of me typing away, grab a handful of my keystrokes as an answer, and go do god-knows-what with my permission based on what I was typing. It doesn't install updates when I open my laptop in front of 300 people to do a presentation. And it doesn't say "DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR MACHINE UPDATING OS" without asking when I am out of battery and away from a power outlet.
Bitcoin to Bitcoin on a different exchange or to a wallet is a non-taxable transfer. Bitcoin to Ethereum is a taxable event, as different coins are not like-kind exchanges.
This random stranger is able to see me trying to hook up with random strangers! This security vulnerability leaves me open to being seen by a total stranger, but not necessarily one of the ones I want to be seen by, as far as I know, since they are all strangers.

Exactly. Yubikey does this now. You have a secret private key that never leaves the security hardened device. The device will accept any token and encrypt it with the private key ("sign it"). The website or resource can decrypt with your public key to authenticate you.
No blockchain necessary here. Blockchain would add nothing.

Bitcoins are mined with specialized ASIC chips now. Trying to use GPUs would be a waste of (a lot of) money because you couldn't compete.
