There is if you make one. 3D printers and machining are cheap these days so just build a rocket.

That is just a BS argument. First of all, FPGAs are all nice and all but the skills to
produce a usable GPU that interfaces with you custom RISC-V chip is way beyond the
average target market for a RPi.

Secondly, a "cheap" FPGA is not going run a viable GPU. You need at least a Kintex or equivalent if you want
to get close to the performance of a Mali or whatever a RPi has in it, video decoding in 4K in particular. Kintexes are
not, em, cheap. The dev boards start at $500. And the development with Xilinx Vivado is very, very sloooooooooooooow.

Which brings me to another topic. Vivado is not actually open. The only viable Open Source FPGA toolchain
runs on Lattice ICE40 and ECP5 FPGAS with limited support for Xilinx and Altera (and Tang ) parts. So your
GPU is not really going to be open in any case. Good luck with implementing a viable GPU on a ICE40. Remember: 4K Video.

Before you ask I DID implement a custom CPU with a graphics card on an FPGA. AN ICE40 in fact. It does not have
a GPU on it though. Not even close.

The Truth is that Facebook and WhatsApp works very well for common folk that do not want to go full nerd and run their own servers. It solves the problem of a small semi private group and quick day to day commuinations group very well
