Captain Marvel otoh had the novelty of being the first Marvel Film with a female lead, but was ultimately a pretty generic and forgettable film. I don't remember anything except that somebody is a pilot and that Nick Fury lost his eye to an alien that looks like a cat. It's pretty easy to see why putting 200+ million into producing that movie was a bad investement.
