Lol.
And how would that reduce CO2?

It would not ... as most CO2 is produced by cars, house heating and industry. The goal is to cut that down.

France has not enough hydro to significantly add to the grid. In fact the rivers often are so low on water that the nuclear plants along them are shut down.

Why do american self proclaimed energy experts always pull stupid ideas out of their hats?

Copyright does not really exist in Europe, we call it 'Urheber Recht' in german or 'moral rights'.
A crime is, since a few years, to distribute pirated music and movies.
Copying software, or books or any other thing falling under 'copyright' is only prosecuted on request of the rights holder, who has to prove the infringement, and it is not a crime.

You can not trust your employee not to infect a machine by surfing a random website like facebook.

After all every image can have a troyan/virus embedded exploiting the jpg library of your browser/OS.

It has nothing to do with the employees, its the sites that are the problem, so you block everything except a white list.

which is a captured dwarf planet? Does a planet stop being a planet when it's captured by another?
Yes it does, that is actually a no brainer and has nothing to do with the question if the `object at first was a planet, a dwarf planet or a trans neptunial object or an asteroid.

Orbit the sun: might be a (insert adjective) planet, orbit something else: we call it a mooooooon

Every child knows that. No idea why people in this story now question what a moon is.

As previously noted: the Tritium will remain cryogenically suspended, or it will "boil off". It's not an issue.

The first issue is: you falsly claimed tritium would not be radioactive.
The second issue is: rescue personnel and crash survivours will inhale the "boiling off" tritium, so it is an issue.
