So, wait - who exactly in the First World does not know what Microsoft is and does by now?
It's know but they remain relevant by staying relevant.
Of course.
This one I can sort of agree with, though most of their efforts in this space have flopped spectacularly: MSNTV, Kin, PocketPC, Zune... I think the XBox was the only Microsoft product to date that hadn't crashed and burned insofar as consumer electronics are concerned.
Ok, so the rest of their attempts failed.
The Xbox didn't.
And that's bad because
More than that... in 2012, I had once estimated that they blew $7bn on the enterprise, and though they're raking in something like $200m/yr (IIRC) in profits now
(mostly from dev house licensing), they have yet to fill that titanic money hole they dug with the thing.
Value of brand recognition?
Being relevant in consumer products?
I didn't forgot NT.
I wrote consumer versions first.
I didn't wrote Windows 2k or 2k3 there either. So no NT product until there was no further win9x product after ME.
I later wrote them separately as one consumer version and one server version where I put in NT 4. I never bothered checking what the versions was further back.
Consumerversion vs serverversion is also why I didn't blended Win 95 and Win 98 with NT versions.
I consider them different products.
But since Win9x was gone after ME I went with the NT line there.
Pretty obvious I'd say. I don't know if Win2K or Win2K3 was supposed to be consumer Windowses?
I totally haven't modified them.
I wrote them as I saw them both as a consumer line and an NT/server line.
It wasn't my claim from the beginning. I didn't care whatever it worked out or not. I assumed it wouldn't but it worked much better than I had thought without trying.
Win95 OSR2 wasn't there for me because I have no idea what it is.
WinXP I didn't listed after Win2K because I considered it the consumer version of Win2K. I did put in Win2K3 which I considered a server version, something you ignored.
Obviously troll comment but of course Windows 10 _IS_ the next version after Windows 8.
And Windows 8 isn't shit.
Let's see how that work.
Windows 95: Shit (let's start with this one.)
Windows 98: Good.
Windows 98 SE: Shit.
Windows ME: Good.
Maybe I should stop here really?
Windows XP: Shit.
Windows Vista: Good.
Windows 7: Shit.
Windows 8: Good.
Hum, let's throw it around.
Good: Win 95, 98 SE, XP, 7.
Bad: Win 98, ME, Vista, 8
You know what? Maybe people actually agree on that one.
It would also mean Win 10 is good no matter whatever you like it or not.
Let's try NT:
NT 4
Win 2k
Win 2k3
Win Vista
Win 7
Win 8
Win 10
Is 4, 2k3, 7 and 10 the good ones here?
Or 2k, Vista, 8?
Guess the former.
Personally I kinda assume later versions are better than earlier.

You backed us into a corner by monitoring non-suspects.
How would not monitoring non-suspects stopped the criminals from encrypting their data?
Also are you suggesting that only criminals used encryption before?
That one could know that someone was a criminal because they used encryption? Guess not. Just that that was reason enough to warrant more spying on that person? If so isn't that just a follow through on your monitoring of non-suspects (well, if the suspected activity is just using encryption rather than committing a crime.)
Unreal engine seem to be Epic games.
ValveÂs engine is Source engine.
My point was that if there's lots of places where roads possibly could be needed in Russia and it's a small country with a worse economy then that will be harder to do.
Sure anyone can still argue "so how should they be able to do / afford this project then?"
Well it's just supposed to be one road isn't it? One road along whole of Russia I think they could manage
Also I would assume their will to be part of it is to be more connected to the world and have better communications and transportation which could help grow their economy and pay for it.
I don't know you you mean with "our" (Are you also Swedish? Do you mean the US one?)
Also I don't know what you'd call stupid and enlightened and what you actually mean with it.
I'm not really read up on what he did that time.
At first when it happened I saw some other speculation. Supposedly he hasn't been acting the way people may want / politically correct on multiple occasions but whatever.
To physically hurt people of course isn't ok.
(Well, maybe not mentally either, but there got to be limits on how much to care too.)
I think they like Fords and possibly a crazy car every now and then.
But isn't the case that the American ones have been strong and cheap whereas the Italian ones cost more but is also technically superior? Isn't it about how they drive and not just how much power they got? (Damnit Jeremy
Sure he/they may throw in a friendly dismissal of US or Germany
Also the whole show isn't all that serious. If you want a serious consumer show about cars Top gear may not be it.
If you want one of the best entertainments there is with a British and car theme then it is.
Where I've seen Richard Hammond beyond Top Gear he's just been boring.
James MayÂs other shows I've seen has been interesting / in the nerd line he's got going in Top gear and I like those.
But who carries Top gear is Clarkson. He's no #1 and the other two are very close but still by-standards in comparison.
It's as good as 2 1/2 men losing Charlie.
Yeah. Because Charlie Sheen and Jeremy Clarkson didn't made the shows
Fucking socialist dictatorship idiots.
Boho! Jeremy Clarkson said something not appropriate!
Fucking star of cars for half his life.
