soylent has about 1000 users joined in the first day, have some good posters. We will see how it fares after the novelty ends. Still the articles are more interesting so far, and there are some decent comments.

Enterprise A needs B's humbugs for its doodads, and Enterprise B needs A's capital. Enterprise A contracts with Enterprise B. As part of that contract Enterprise A agrees to not buy humbugs from any other 3rd enterprise unless members of the 3rd enterprise agree to pay contribute a fee to Enterprise B to recover lost income. ,

The above contract seems lawful.

This is the same lawful contract. Isn't it?
