This document covers a very specific, limited purpose, but one that meets a common need: preventing browser, mail, and other clients from complaining about the certificates installed on your server. Not covered is dealing with a commercial root certificate authority (CA). Instead, we will become our own root CA, and sign our own certificates.
Previously I mentioned fentun as a decoder of winmail.dat files. I've found WMDecode very useful as well.

Using a small Linux distro like Puppy Linux and a processor emulator like qemu, it is possible to run Linux like any other Windows program.
Puppy is extraordinarily small, yet quite full featured Linux distribution. It boots into a 64MB ramdisk, and the whole caboodle runs in RAM. Unlike live CD distributions that have to keep pulling stuff off the CD, Puppy in its entirety loads into RAM. This means that all applications start in the blink of an eye and respond to user input instantly. Puppy Linux has the ability to boot off a flash card or any USB memory device.

I am running Slackware 10.2 on my laptop, which does not support PAM. But it does not seem to be very hard to make your Slackware pam-enabled.
Ok, I admit, I cannot remember the crontab syntax.
Yet another `why-the-heck-do-I-have-to-implement-this-myself' case in Delphi: copying a complete directory
Millimeter paper and other usefull stuff for download.
I have written something on age calculation in MS SQL server before, but this information seemed to be incorrect. E.g. the query
select datediff(year, '2005-10-10', '2006-4-8');
returns 1, which is not what you want when you want to calculate someones age.
In one of my programming projects, I need a decent XHTML viewer with CSS support. The project is to be used in a Windows environment, so the standard web browser was not a good choice. A lot of users will have Internet Explorer as default browser, which has a lot of problems rendering CSS.
