Democrat infested cesspool such as this.
Any time someone mentions global warming, the chorus of the usual PRATTs comes up. I've been modded down many times for daring to disagree with some teabagger.
But anything not part of the right wing echo chamber is a "Democrat infested cesspool".
And whats-his-name Watts, Steven Milloy and Fox "News" are in it for their own health.

[*] Fluoridation is controvercial, the target of commie conspiracy theories, etc. In reality, it’s shown to have a substantial positive impact on tooth development in children, it’s dirt cheap, and kills many pathogens in water. However, it’s also strongly linked with lowered IQs and thyroid disease.

It’s basically poison.
Alle Dinge sind Gift und nichts ist ohne Gift; allein die Dosis macht, daß ein Ding kein Gift ist.
I REAL capitalism, when you screw over your customers, they leave you and go to the competition.
Which is selling you exactly the same shit sandwich as the company you left.

Because the NSF has so much more money to spend than ExxonMobil.

Junk science is a right-wing global warning denial hack rag. I would put that page right up there with a "creation science" web page...or, for that matter, a web page trying to argue the earth is flat. Slashdot has really gone to the toilet. We used to have famous people posting here. Now we just have a bunch of right wing nutcases moderating up Republican pseudoscience.
When Steven Milloy spreads lies and bullshit on behalf of those who would poison their own mothers to make a buck, at least he separates them from some fraction, however minuscule, of their billions. "Attila Dimedici", on the other hand, apparently provides this service for free.
Are you advocating the opposite, that the EPA should be able to issue regulations based on non-science?!
The Fox Propaganda school of debating, that assumes that Republican legislation is about what it says it's about. This law must be about sound science and cannot possibly be about tying up any possible regulation in court until doomsday. See also: Voter ID, "Patriot" Act, War on Civil Liberties^W^WDrugs.
Oh, this bill was sponsored by Republican candidates, so it must be bad, because we all know that all Republicans are anti-science, bloodletting phrenologists.
Democrats are not pushing creationism or global warming head-in-the-sandism. Todd Akin with his "legitimate rape" bullshit is not a Democrat.
And, of course, Obama and the Democrates are all open and transparent and honest!
Both sides are bad so vote Republican.
One, you are not going to get rich as soon as Big Gubmint gets out of your way. Two, Paris Hilton is not going to sleep with you. Three, every word that you hear from talk radio and Fox Propaganda is a lie, including "and" and "the".
Four, no one said that "all large companies are evil"; but when plutocrats raid pension funds, dump poison into the air and water, rig the laws in their own favor and deny people lifesaving medication, that is evil. If that is not evil then there is no such thing as evil.
But keep on ranting about Feelthy Queers and Dirty Jezebels and all the other bogeymen that Rush Limbaugh tells you to hate.
However, the actual argument many Republicans make is completely different, namely that these government programs actually hurt people.
Somehow government largesse doesn't actually hurt Monsanto, or Halliburton, or Northrup Grumman.
Remember when the GOP stood for unfettered liberty, not only for economy but also for you, when your personal liberty was paramount?
There was a time when Republicans believed in freedom. Then Lincoln got shot.
Your a grommet* aren't you?
His what a grommet? And why this sentence no verb?
