When France is willing to sell power very cheaply why would you not use it?

How do you get the propane if the hurricane has blocked the roads?
What is the diffrence between an AC and a heat pump?
Is it ok if you brought the book and lent it too your neighbour?
Or if you asked the author for another copy and they gave it too you?
Libraries are allowed to distrubution their copy to thousands of kids.
Then the kids are allowed to grow up and becomes writers themselves.
I can't think of any country that bans this. (some countries may ban certain books and some may ban certain people)
