(I just made that up, CSI writing team: give me attribution please.)

On last week's episode of CSI Las Vegas they had a no-audio web cam quality recording of two guys chatting in a green house and they used (I shit you not) vibrations from the leaves to rebuild an audio of what the two were saying. I face-palmed so hard.

I love the episode in one of the later seasons where Horatio is stranded in South America (part of the Mala Noche story arc) and he's given a gun with like 8 bullets in it then proceeds to face off against 10 guys armed with automatic weapons, already drawn and trained on him, and he *still wins* and makes it back to the United States. It was ridiculousness cubed, but it was all part of the fun of that show.

This, with artificial implantation and genetic engineering, brings us one step closer to asexual reproduction. It won't be long before science is able to pair DNA from two women to create a new offspring.

I just wanted to point out that these are two different things. If there's two organisms involved then it's sexual reproduction. For it to be truly asexual you would have to fuse genetic material from two eggs from the same woman - this is actually worse than inbreeding a brother and sister because *every* bad recessive gene you have has a 50/50 chance to present both copies in the offspring. With siblings at least about half your genes are different. Two different women wouldn't present this problem, but that is not asexual reproduction.

That would seem statistically unlikely. The womb itself does not contribute to the genetics of the person and presumably it's possible to not have a uterus but still have ovaries. In this case the woman's defect would almost certainly be canceled out by the man's sperm since even though she is a carrier, it is incredibly unlikely that he is also, and even if so it's a 50/50 proposition. It's completely and utterly different than inbreeding in which you're recombining the same defects.

Correct, 4S is the minimum. iPad 2 devices are still allowed though. The cutoff seems to be requiring a dual core processor. Honestly, iOS 7 on the iPhone 4 really dogs out unless you turn off background app refresh... iOS 7/8 were not made for single processor devices.

So...by your logic once the CEO of Mozilla had people attacking him and wanting to take away his right (to a job) and his happiness (money and power from that job), then he's no longer required to tolerate them because now he's been attacked? I just want to make sure I understand you, because it sounds like a double standard where attacking someone is okay if you disagree with them, but horrible and intolerant if you agree with them. Does that about sum up your position?
