Here in Sweden the amount of money to the migration office over four (possibly five?) years is supposed to be closer to 160 billion SEK by now.

40 billion SEK / year would be 4.6 billion USD.

I think that's intended to cover the cost of the immigrants the first three years but integration suck so the cost is likely higher and last longer.

Anyway, those 4.6 billion USD / year would of course IMHO be much better spent on education in the poorest region and possibly spent on water wheels, toilets, sewage treatment plants, tree plantation, modern farming equipment, solar cells and such if there was money left over.

Possibly with demands for doing the right choices back, as in work for or implement democratic elections (could be argued whatever that's good or bad if the result is some don't get any help), equal access to schools for both females and males, maybe demand that what is taught have a scientific background and not a religious one, tolerance against various threatened groups in the society and so on.

To move even the right people here isn't really solving the problem in the shitty regions anyway, it just make this country worse and solves life issues for a few.

If nothing else if some countries was successful while some was shit those who were shit have the possibility to spot the difference both in their living standard and in how the societies work. But I understand it may take a very long time to catch up if you don't get help from those way ahead of you.

Strawman? This isn't a discussion on religion, it's a discussion on heinous criminals.

As if the conviction of what is right and wrong doesn't come from philosophy / ideology / local culture and the idea of murder being such a heavy crime even in the US may be because of the Bible (not saying it would be the only reason and people couldn't figure it out themselves. But there are various animals who battle it out to death if necessary and humans do it too as long as their commanders have said it's alright ..)

War = Killing is fine. Even just random person who haven't done anything yet.
Non-war = Oh how horrible!

The problem with your argument is that there's no actual true definition for what's proper and improper. Religious people may think there is but they are wrong.

Just because you set children on fire once doesn't have to mean you'll do it again.

Say it were your own children or parent. How is that a danger to someone else?

Maybe the "hesitation" is a good rule. It's what keep it from happening in many cases I guess. And as such we have many who have thought the idea but is hesitating because it's tabu / not really accepted. And on the other hand some may have stepped over the border for what you consider good reasons.

Like say for me here in Sweden. We don't have capital punishment. You consider it proper to kill murders. So say someone had murdered. That set things out for someone to "properly" murder that person. Except it's not allowed by the law. Should that too require the hesitation part BTW? I mean. It was "proper murder"? ..

Read your last part, in the above I mean to kill by will in general. But yeah, I know there's a difference in "mord" and "dråp" here.

There was something more I wanted to say before I read that part. I think it was about differences.

I wonder if it was Valves solution with HTC which was supposed to have one controller per hand with the touchpads + triggers and some buttons or something like that? (Assuming one say can move arms to decide what to do, but someone of course have to code that part too.)

Face it: Yes, it is wrong to kill any human being. Some people, however, have committed crimes so heinous that they no longer qualify as human beings, just because they happen to have a particular DNA sequence.

Except it messes up the place a little more.

Animals are killed by the billions and they for sure didn't deserve that treatment.

As for whatever it should be done or not, if it's a serial killer it make sense from a consequence perspective.
If it's vs life-time in jail it also make sense from a society-economical perspective.

If it's someone who took laws in their own hands to solve a dilemma no-one else took care of? .. Then isn't it more or less just like the law-enforcement?

Anyway. Feel like my country should try to figure out because we're importing and having a lot of terrorists trained within the country now and for whatever reason want them back and want them here .. So. (Sweden.)

I don't really see the danger. But whatever.

The colonial one show some of the large intestine and then a cut part of it.
Then there's some open body showing what maybe is what's left of the penis I don't know but whatever. It's open body with red tissue as part of the skin and some pink "pole".
And then there's a look-a-like-vagina which they open with whatever the instrument is called and they also show inner lips.

If you can take any open surgery picture it's not weirder than that. No mutilation of penis.

Now I haven't checked the rest but I'll do that for you.

First one shows a penis which has ink drawn on it, one "dirty picture" of the penis skin turned outside in over a balloon, then inserted with some stitches and then examples of how it look afterwards. First picture look like shit and the others somewhat better.
So vagina made of penis shaft + scrotum + perineal skin. Clitoris made of part of glans and skin from under the glans.

Inverted penis show a penis stripped off of everything except glans and what seem like two red "strings" and some wider one, supposedly uretrea, nerves and whatever more it was.
Then something I don't even know what it is, looks like a red Y, possibly the penis skin outside in?
And then it's stuck back in. This is the most red of the series.
It obviously show a mutilated penis but.. yeah. I don't know how dangerous that is but now you know.

The two second ones only show images if you click a button to show them. The first one show images immediately.
