If he were, I imagine his message would be straightforward: “Start acting like you’ve won. Let go of the trench warfare mentality. Stop trying to do in 2012 what I was trying to do in 1997, or even in 2009.”"

billpalmer writes: "I’m getting a divorce. I’ve been married to AT&T since 2004, but this year it stopped holding up its end of the deal. It’s been promising to fix the network forever but it never gets up off the couch. And the restrictions it’s now trying to place on my data usage are almost abusive. If I have to pay an early termination fee as part of the divorce settlement, so be it. I’ll soon be getting hitched with Verizon, and while I don’t expect it to be bliss, I’m hoping it’ll be tolerable. And the wedding gift of an iPhone 5 on a true LTE network will be nice. In any case the marriage to Verizon is only required to last two years..."

Yesterday Apple introduced the new iPod nano, whose front facing body design looks suspiciously similar to the 920, as well as a new color lineup for the iPod touch which very closely matches up with the new Lumia color lineup. Knee jerk reaction by the Apple haters who write most of the tech headlines accused Apple of stealing from Nokia. But a look at the facts demonstrates the opposite, and may lead to legal action"

The Attorney General of New York has launched an inquiry into the accounting practices at Bain, which has been allegedly misclassifying client fees as investments for the sake of paying a lower tax rate on them"
