If you have enough distance between you and the car in front of you then their should be room for another car to get between you and you sill have time to increase the distance between you and the newer car in front of you. Also if you're going around the speed limit someone in front of you in a big hurry wont be close to you for long anyway.

And what's wrong with someone that gets in front of you anyway? It's not a race. I've noticed when I keep plenty of room between me and the next car in front of me I didn't have the problem that you describe over the long term and this is in DC with the worst drivers in the country. If you leave enough space for some one to merge the system as a whole works better.

Playing devils advocate, it depends on how you define expensive. As far as money goes yes it's free, as far as time goes, it has to be dog slow.

Also if this becomes popular and people start using... abusing it you can bet T-mobile will change their TOS.

In short this is why we can't have nice things.

A GUI (Graphical User Interface) is what a lot of people have decided is an easier way to convey information and accept user requests than a command line interface. If you want to be a 'purest' and always go with the CCL that's fine but some of us like taking advantage of trends in computer technology and have opted to use GUI's to configure and use our computers.

Thanks, Yeah I never could figure out why they sell them in the school supply aisle. Every trig problem I had to solve went to great efforts to say angles are not accurate. In fact I think they would intentionally make the angles inaccurate to catch people. All those classes I would sit there wondering why do they even sell this or show us how to use them.

I'd like to see a professional protractor.

Bitcoin Is Not Anonymous 279

An anonymous reader writes "Researchers from University College Dublin have conducted an analysis of anonymity on Bitcoin, and found it is not inherently anonymous, and that in many cases, users and their transactions can be identified. They use techniques such as context discovery and flow analysis to investigate and visualize an alleged theft of Bitcoins, which, at the time of the theft, had a market value of approximately half a million U.S. dollars."

I hardly think it's because of the system trying to keep the power from the people I think more likely the other sites aren't staffed with people telling us how we need to buy in to this scam. It's quite sad to see this happening to /

I think if you are that concerned with security you shouldn't be relying on android and drop box for your security concerns. The more COTS products (free or otherwise) that you use the more you are held hostage to their business practices. If the data is that important to you then you shouldn't be placing it all over creating because you want easy access while relaying on someone else to keep it safe.

Security is your primary concern, for a free service like drop box you'r lucky if it's even a secondary concern.

Just as easy, an encrypted sd card and a netbook.
