Gives a very full exposition of the mess that we are in and the need for real change. An interesting revelation — at least for me — Obama had indicated his intention to filibuster the law that protected telecoms from the consequences of their failure to resist NSA snooping. Agreed, but one thing is spy on targets predefined and authorized over some kind of court that demands reports. This thing we could even imagine. Another thing is to record everything single call disregarding who is in the call. Bulk record.

DRM? Last time I bought an album on iTunes (last Dream Theater album), I could easily extract mp3 320kbps version from all it and do whatever I want with the files. Quality? 320kbps. Enough for my non-monitors headphones.
