>If Democrats had a monopoly on Free Speech, then Donald Trump would never have become President.
Absolute horseshit. They were the loudest mouthpieces, promoting the controlled opposition they didn't think anyone would actually vote for.
And yet this is the comment rated 3:Insightful, when it should be inciteful, and mine with a source is rated:0 troll.
Slashdot has the same obvious bias as the rest of big tech, it's no surprise.

First few episodes were so boring I just stopped watching. And I didn't have to pay for it.
How many times are they going to try and create the Ministry of Truth?
We just watched the government shill for Pfizer and Moderna and were told to "trust the science" and now we know that they were lying from the start and the Pfizer "vaccine" was never tested on preventing transmission: https://lynnwoodtimes.com/2022...

Then why do women end up dominating things like nursing and early childhood education?
They're clearly capable of dominating a field if they're interested in it. Therefore the lack of domination in tech indicates that they don't want to be there.
I've been hearing "We need more women in tech!" since I was 12 and I'm tired of it. Nobody has ever even explained why we need more women in tech/STEM.
He said in his Ted interview he doesn't care about the financials of twitter at all. He's buying it for the free speech potential.
In sane fields like say electronics, programming, or even medicine when you test something and it fails, you figure out what when wrong, attempt to fix it, and test or examine the patient again.
In academia, when you test someone and they fail, you...mark them as failed and move on.
It's so bizarre. Once you see it, you can't unsee the insanity of it.

So? Nobody had ever used paper (technically cotton) for a currency until they did and that also didn't matter.
People accept it for goods and services, and spend it on goods and services. That makes it a currency. Everything else is irrelevant.
The sole criterion for a currency is that people accept it in trade.
I can buy BTC at my local liquor store. One of Portland's most famous strip clubs accepts BTC. I've used it to buy drugs online.
It's a currency because people accept it for goods and services. Treating it like an investment is the foolish part.
