Since the majority of us Americans can't be bothered to take an active role in our governing process, it should be no surprise that our representatives fail to do so as well.
Unfortunately, the only way to accomplish that mission is to eliminate the source. No, I mean the secrets, not Wikileaks.
just wondering, but it seems too appropriate to discard.
I really find myself surprised I agree with a lot of what Spinner has to say here -- political cynicism, lawyers (don't get me started...), the slippery slope American democracy's on, but I don't think he's pointing the finger at the right folks, so yes, I'm modding him down...
extraordinarily insightful commentary, as usual.

uhm, who's trolling? Here is the consensus definition... "with 'trolling' being used to describe many intentionally provocative actions outside of an online context."

As far as I'm concerned (posting with my fifty year old eyes) holding my measly iPhone 3Gs as close as twelve inches away from my face is far too close! Typically over 2 feet, sometimes on my lap (reading from the Kindle app), etc. So, as with most user-mitigated responses (and Slashdot threads), the reality is all over the map, and your mileage may vary. Many post closer to the actual, pointing out this is much the same as arguing over how much "new and improved" is actually better.
Hey, I am one of them, and it was super bad ass, but I wouldn't go back...
