The religious exemption of the law does not "establish an official religion" nor does it "prevent the free exercise of religion", therefore it doesn't fall foul of the first amendment religious stuff as that is all that is covered by the first.

Religious exemptions are all about not preventing the free exercise of religion, which is the heart of the first amendment protections of religion. Asking which religion to determine if the beliefs of that religion are what you say they are doesn't fall foul of that either.

Electric cars powered by coal power plants produce less CO2 than gas powered cars. It comes down to efficiency, which electric has in spades, but IC engines are terrible at.

You do realize that trucks have roofs right? Also, you can put roof racks right on the sides bed, inside the bed, or on top of a cap.

Show me the SUV that can tow 12klbs. Trucks are always better at towing than an SUV, the longer wheelbase increases the resistance to being pushed so you don't need as much weight in the back.

My Tundra is great for Boy Scout trips, I have the cargo capacity for me and my two kids, I can carry two more kids comfortably, and I can tow the troop trailer with ease. The SUVs are nowhere near as good at it as my truck.

The Tesla could weigh more than a F-150 with a tiny engine. The F-150 also just went through a weight reduction of switchign to all aluminum panels, so it weighs significantly less now than its competitors.
