It was interesting enough though that I would consider it in a year or so. What would make the difference for me will be how they handle integration with MS Office (and OneNote); if this is seamless and intuitive this would make a good business phone. The iPhone (my current phone) is great for everything else I do, but still seems forced whenever it needs to interact with Exchange, and Safari doesn't seem to handle SharePoint sites well (although this is not likely Apples fault). Android also seems to have this issue, and it was non-existent on my BB.

So I'll wait and see...

As far as I understand for Canada, non-competes are only enforceable if you accept a payment to not go to a competitor for a period of time on your way out the door. If they are really concerned about you leaving to a competitor they can offer a package to prevent this, but you are under no obligation to accept.

I assume this would also apply for termination...

Onshore or offshore, wells have been drilled and are producing from reservoirs with pressures far greater than 20kpsi. Industry is moving towards wells with pressures greater than 35kpsi. I am not sure where the 1500 psi number comes from, but that is far below what even depleted wells are at. Maybe you mean the differential pressure from the production system to get the well to flow (i.e. 20kspi -1500psi)?

I would worry less about forgetting the correct name of magma pockets and focus a bit more on understanding the topic you are commenting on... I am not sure how this got modded Interesting.
