Legalize all drugs (drug war is a complete failure), eliminate 90-99% of the "police" force, direct that money into education, hospitals, homes and churches. How about that? Sounds good to me.

Do you realize the amount of stress, money, time and effort that is involved if you are arrested? You don't that is why you are stating this. Yes, you may be cleared after they find out that your cell phone has been off the whole time, but you are still charged, processed and that all takes alot of money, time and maybe your health and job. All for having a cell-phone... This is why there are wayyy too many laws and law enforcment personnel. 90% of there job positions can easily be eliminated without and adverse affect.
