I shouldn't have to do this, but I run a powershell script on all of my new Windows 10 PCs to remove the bloatware. I'm sure this isn't a complete list, but it should get the vast majority of it.

Windows 10 phones ship with an app called "Maps." The same mapping back-end is used by the Maps app, and the HERE app. So Windows 10 phone users aren't out of a GPS/Navigation app, just constrained to using the Maps app from Microsoft.

Working in IT, and frequently watching desktop users, I was surprised to learn that MANY people actually use the Caps Lock key as shift. To make a capital letter, they will turn on caps, press the letter, then turn off caps. I've see 3 people in the last year do this!

I had pretty much the same issue, only a different provider (TWC). I wound up just getting a $20/month Linode virtual server, and haven't had any issues since, and I don't have to host any physical hardware at my house.
