However I think it's just a contrived joke of the sort that "Pearls Before Swine" often features. Stephan Pastis often introduces characters with names that have been specifically selected to make a pun work. Usually horrendously. I happen to have an example at hand, though it isn't one of his punniest, but more of a tongue twister.

Either somebody went through a lot of trouble just for you, or this is some new form of trolling here. Actually I'm kind of surprised this hasn't been used as some sort of side-channel spamming:
