the only pgp keyserver I can actually get a key from (http only) is keyserver.linux.it. is my ISP boning me? I tried connection logging (tomato) and there's no indication that I'm doing anything wrong.

my new WISP [pnc.net] says they were boning me due to alleged use of P2P, which is not permitted for a variety of reasons, some good, some not so good. I asked for details and they're slower coming than the assertion that I was using P2P...
