Al Gore finally did it? Al Gore describes Electranet as a system where individual owners (home or business) generating electricity can sell their excess electricity into the power grid without artificial caps and with regulated rates. Like Arpanet or Darpanet that freed the creative powers of man... Electranet to free Humanity from possible doom.

Gore testified to the House this morning before the Subcommittee on Energy and Air Quality with a joint hearing with the Subcommittee on Energy and Environment of the Committee on Science and Technology entitled "Perspectives on Climate Change." He appeared again this afternoon in front of the Senate Environment Committee. He explained the Electranet in both hearings.

When we have manatees in Memphis something has to be done.
