  • Shipments come in every tuesday. They're getting resupplied once a week at a pretty good clip, so you should be able to find one here soon.
  • I can't see why anyone would want to drop $600+ on a game console.

    You might try checking with BizRate.com [bizrate.com], though. The link I gave there is on the keyword "Wii", and the first two (at least) are relevant.

    • But aren't the Wii's like $300? They actually look pretty interesting if you ask me, although I'm not "allowed" to buy any game console ... I get too sucked into the games.

        Apparently, they run the gamut, depending on what you get with the console and where you get it. <shrug> I agree that they look interesting, but I still think that they are pretty expensive.

        I've never been much of a "gamer", though. The extent of my games go from whatever solitaire games are on the computer when the OS is installed to Warcraft II and StarCraft. If I feel industrious, I might hunt down a decent Canasta game. I don't play much else.

      Wife just looked (Search Guru that she is), and found the Wii in stock on at least five "reputable" websites (that is, sites that are well-known) for prices ranging from $250 to $700 (US Dollars), including such sites as Amazon.com and Target.com.

      If you poke around, you'll find what you're looking for. If you can't find it, ask my Wife. She can find anything (and that's not an exaggeration!).
      • I have looked all over and can't find a reputable dealer (that takes credit cards) that has them in stock now for $250 - $275, if your wife can find a site that will charge $250 - $275 on my card (and not ask for $50 in shipping) and will ship me a Wii console within the next 5 days, I will pronounce her the Queen of Online Shopping!
        • ya I even tried froogle, but came up empty handed. Some of them say 'In stock' but then when you try to add to cart, it says something like, select a lower quantity (my quantity was "1"). :-(

          • Did go. I was in Knoxville Saturday tho. I was 45 minutes south of there at friends' house and got a call late Friday night. She was drunk and wanted to know if I was in town. I told her where I was and she said she wanted me to come see her. Right then. So I drove up and stayed with her. That was fun. :-)
