It's...as of a little later this evening...officially summer, officially the longest day of the year (we're talking max sun and all that).

WHOOHOOOOOO!!!

What was the longest day you've ever had? How about the shortest? Looking at both, do you find that there's truth to the fact that time flies when you're having fun and drags when you're not?

Which is why if I ever hit the lottery I'm getting a modest home here in Portland and a nice modest home either Down Under ot in NZ;-)

My longest day was a Motion for Summary Judgement* which started at 7:30 am on Tuesday and ended at 4:50 pm on Wednesday. I was so bleary eyed that I had to keep reminding myself on the drive home that the birds flying around the floorboard of my truck were in fact just a hallucination;-)

Sorry about that judgement stuff. My longest (and greatest) day was the one waiting for my Ma to have my baby sister. Funny how in the middle of it, even an hour can stretch into infinity...
