  • Nice span of music. Interestingly, upon checking I found I had them all (wasn't sure about the Carlos... knew I had Jimmy Reed). Brought back some cool memories.

    • Thanks!

That particular Tango is the one Al Pacino danced to in Scent of a Woman. It was also the first dance for my wife and I at our wedding reception, so it has a special place for me. Nueve de Julio is still my favorite (ok, one of my favorites).
  • on Bob Wills & His Texas Playboys. Never heard of him. But that's it.

Although I do love me some Bowie. But I don't mind liking him and a few other special cases (including Paul Simon) because there isn't anything else like it, so I can't shun them for an unknown version, like I can for so many other bands.
    • Bob Wils & The Texas Playboys are considered by many to be the kings of West Coast Swing. Asleep At The Wheel has covbered a lot of their material if you're familiar with them.

Happiness is twin floppies.
