Installing something?

I assume the two things you mentioned are utils for installing something. I'm guessing it's a windows thing.

Last time I installed something I used a tool called urpmi although a friend of mine keeps saying yast is better.

Mind you, I'm not building servers - just maintaining a home computer for email, web browsing and word processing.
