Lots of folks in this thread are pointing out that Google and Microsoft have completely different business models and aren't necessarily competing, so why should MS be interested/worried about Google?
Others are saying the 'search engine war' will never end.
Well, remember what happened to Netscape? Remember the browser wars? In what way did Netscape compete with MS?
