You're asking the wrong question. There is almost no difference between a policeman watching you
by camera and one watching you in person. The real question is why can't we watch them?
Here's an experiment for you:
1. Install video camera in car
2. Get pulled over
3. Tell officer he's being recorded
4. Watch fireworks
5. Post results from jail for all to read
