They did, and it was pretty cute.
Lot's of upset customers when they killed it, as a matter of fact they killed the whole smartsuite.
IBM made some reference to it in the antitrust case against Microsoft, apparently in order to receive a lower price for OEM versions of Windows they had to give up competition in the Office market.
