Two, there is a reason why groups like the AMA filter who can/can't be a doctor - no price fixing isn't one of them - standards. I'm quite happy to know that doctors here are suitably qualified. Why? Your friend must be some neurosurgeon. If they are honestly suitably qualified, then I would certainly question the system - without the unnecessary rhetoric - and ask why. Can you explain what reason the AMA gave your friend? Otherwise take your medicine (pardon the pun) be quiet.
