We've got one of these planet-sized computers already; it can accurately predict within a precise interval the position of molecules one day in advance in just 24 hours!
I've never been canoeing before, but I imagine there must be just a few simple heuristics you have to remember... Yes, don't fall out, and don't hit rocks.
