Generally speaking, I agree with the generational gap as being part of the problem in failing to see eye to eye on many problematic issues. However, that by no means should be a rationalization. Is it acceptable for people that are the big decision makers of a society, to be so dogmatic and rigid. Sadly, as the younger generations age, I imagine many will become stuck in their own preconceived notions of what should and should not be.

Journal Journal: What to study in school

I was woken up at 8:30 to schedule job interview. It's now a little after 9:30, my first class is at 11:10 today. I was doing some morning research on schools to transfer to, areas of interest to study. Since the beginning of the semester I've been getting a sense of there areas of study I'm interested in. Journal Journal: without using computers

Last night in a fit of irrational rage, I slammed my fist down onto my unreliable laptop. Not an excessive amount of damage was done. Nothing physically cracked or broken. But the hard drive now has a really loud clicking sound, and the system wont boot up. I guess it doesnt matter too much. The laptop was unreliable, and would just waste my time.
But this brings me to the question:
Do I simply look for a new laptop to replace the one I broke. Or is it possible to simply go on without

Journal Journal: computers are pissing me off

Computers have really been getting to me these days. I dont have a single computer that works reliably. I'm not really interested in spending my time troubleshooting problems and figuring out what line in a config file isnt quite right for what I'm trying to do.
