Good call ;-) a non geek type can't do either, so he's stuck with paying someone else whatever they mutually think it's worth, what disgusts me about is the higher paid jobs are usually pretty dull.... doesn't bother me too much really, I do university system admin, which mainly consists of drinking coffee and passing opinion on this years female intake....
