MobiTV will lose and their files are now all over the internet. Serves them right for:
a: stupidity in not securing the URLs
b: attacking the messenger HoFo, a hugely popular site resulting in a major PR disaster.
I don't see this going much further. I wonder if Howard can sue MobiTV for defamation?
