I'm sorry to butt in on all the back-patting and machismo going around here, but the fact of the matter is one person was abused. Whether or not her story was exploited by her publisher is another story.
I was reading all the "ME TOO!" hate 'reviews' on amazon.com and I saw one which suggested that the real victim here was the original owner of the katie.com domain. Give me a break.
