Those are nice cards. We've got 14 ProLiant's with those cards where I work, and they're nice.
The only beef I have with them, is that the remote console is simply a telnet port connection. Kinda kills the point of securing the box, ssh only, etc, when you have this card giving telnet access to the box. There's a toggle in the config to allow you to shut off telnet, but that shuts off console for the Insight card.
