Not sure what caused the error though, cos after running mine for just over a year for around 16 hours a day (used as a media center extender and gaming console) in my cabinet, i moved it to on top of my cabinet cos the noise at the end of each night was annoying. After a week it died, and my hdmi cable was stuffed too. So it could have been my cable that caused issues. Bah.
