How they could make a movie of it (Score 1)

You could probably make a good movie out of Tomb Raider's backstory. Show the events (as summarized in the game manual) that transformed Ms. Croft from vaguely dissatisfied socialite to strong, confident adventuress, and how this affected those around her. I could see a film consisting largely of flashbacks, as Lara tells tall tales of her adventures to alternately thrilled and aghast guests at some high-society party. In short, use the games as the basis for the movie, but don't limit the movie to the content of the games.

Somehow, though, I really doubt that they're going to do it like that.
